Consignment Guidelines August 2026
Last Day of Summer Consignment: August 1st
Beginning of Winter Consignment: October 1st
All Season Gear: August 1 to October 1st:
Consignors are limited to 6 APPAREL ITEMS PER PERSON PER WEEK. You can bring in other gear in addition to your 6 apparel items. Please check this page weekly for the most current information.
We are currently looking for the following all season gear:
- High quality outdoor clothing from brands such as Kuhl, Outdoor Research, Patagonia, etc.
- Fishing gear such as rods, reels, tackle, and tackle boxes.
- Road, Gravel, or Mountain bikes that are less than 5 years old.
- Hitch Mount style bicycle racks
- Men's Hiking, Fishing, and Outdoor Pants in sizes 30 through 36.
- Rain Coats
- Tents
- Internal Framed backpacks that are from 30L to 65L.
- Camp Stoves, Camp Lights, Furniture, Head Lamps, and Kitchen Gear
- Bike Parts in good condition, this includes take-off parts!
- Bicycle helmets that are lightly used and less than 5 years old.
- Disc Golf Discs
- Climbing Crash Pads
- Life Jackets
Limited Intake:
- Size Small Women's Clothing
- Lifestyle Shoes are Limited to Top Brand and Top Quality
- Lifestyle clothing unless in almost new condition and from a top quality brand
- Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes, and SUPs. (Call before you bring one in.)
- Sandals, tank tops, swim wear and other summer items.
Not Accepting:
- Men's XXL (38" waist) and larger pants
- Athletic Leggings (especially size small)
- Analog bicycle trainers
- Fleece, winter coats, winter sweaters, winter gloves, and hats.
- Roof, hanging, and hatch mount bicycle racks
- Wetsuits
- Sandals, tank tops, swim wear and other summer items.
Remember that all items need to be clean, complete, and functioning. This includes shoes. If you would like to consign your shoes, please clean them (including the soles) before bringing them in.
We require a function check of all electronic/electric/digital gear before we accept them. Battery operated items must come with working batteries installed. Rechargeable items must be fully charged.
