Hassle-Free Returns

We gladly accept returns for any item that meet the following conditions:

-Retail Products: Item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

-Consignment Products: Item is unused and returned within 48 hours of purchase.

Please return all items to our 410 South Sterling Street store in Morganton.

Refunds and Refurbishment Fees

If returned items are used or missing packaging, we may charge a refurbishment fee to restore them to sellable condition.
